“Everything I’ve achieved has come from perseverance. I’ve never met another entrepreneur who had a painless path to success — everyone who tries to bring new ideas to the world is tested. All aspiring entrepreneurs should remember that failure doesn’t mean the end of the road. It can lay the groundwork for something even greater.”
My learning Odyssey.
After completing LDT 550 Design Studio (Level 1), I have developed three key abilities that establish a strong foundation for learning design.
First, I am now able to identify educational problems and design technology-based prototype solutions, showcasing my ability to apply creative problem-solving in real-world educational settings.
Second, I have become proficient in using various design tools and technologies, including graphic design, instructional design, and user experience design. My experience with Adobe Creative Suite, EdPuzzle, Canva, Articulate 360, and Figma equips me to create engaging and interactive educational materials.
Lastly, I have learned how to create a web-based portfolio that effectively highlights my professional skills and design projects. This portfolio not only represents the culmination of my coursework but also serves as a valuable tool for showcasing my abilities to potential employers or clients in the field of learning design and technology.
Using the Edpuzzle learning platform to create interactive video lessons by adding questions and notes to videos to assess comprehension, track progress, and provide immediate feedback to learners.
Using Canva to create reflective exercises for learners.
Here is a short clip of me trying out Adobe Captivate, I'm working on developing an engaging project that promotes design engineering thinking. This interactive experience lets learners experiment with block coding while exploring the capabilities of Ozobot Evo.
